Overview

We’re looking for driven Account Executives to lead strategic account development for JobsInMilton.ca — helping organizations elevate their recruitment outcomes through smarter sourcing and local-first visibility. You’ll be at the forefront of guiding HR and talent leaders toward more effective hiring strategies, positioning our platform as a trusted partner in their growth journey.

You’ll engage directly with decision-makers across Milton and nearby regions, shaping how they attract and hire top talent. Your ability to connect, educate, and build lasting relationships will help more organizations find the right people, faster.

Responsibilities

Drive growth by selling advertising and candidate sourcing solutions to mid-sized and enterprise clients
Build and nurture relationships via phone, email, social media, and professional networks
Conduct live product walkthroughs via phone, webinar, and in-person meetings
Prospect new revenue opportunities (including cold outreach) and build a qualified pipeline
Present monthly performance analytics and hiring insights to clients
Develop account relationships and close deals with speed and precision

Requirements

Passion for outbound outreach — confident in cold-calling, educating, and closing
Experience using online CRM platforms to manage pipeline and client engagement
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
Competitive, metrics-driven mindset with a bias for action
Ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts in dynamic conversations
2+ years in a sales-driven environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred
